In this role, you will be responsible for implementing omnichannel marketing campaigns using the Adobe Journey Optimizer, utilizing the Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to measure performance across channels, and integrating the AEP with external systems to enable enhanced automation. You will be part of a team based in Pune, India, collaborating with developers across different locations to deliver IT solutions. The team focuses on providing marketing campaign orchestration and marketing automation using the AEP in partnership with internal businesses to leverage personas, customer journeys, and data strategies for developing and implementing marketing automation programs. To excel in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 8-12 years of experience with the Adobe Experience Platform. Experience with other marketing toolkits and other Adobe products such as Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target would be advantageous. A solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.
