As a UI Developer with 5-8 years of experience, you will be responsible for front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS. You should have a strong understanding of AEM's architecture, including OSGi, Sling, and JCR, as well as experience with Maven & Jenkins. Your core skills should include proficiency in Front-End Development tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS. Additionally, you should be knowledgeable in AEM Architecture, Java, Problem-Solving, Communication, Collaboration, Testing, Version Control, Adaptability, AEM Components, AEM API, AEM Content Management, and AEM as a Cloud Service. Specifically for ReactJS, you should be adept in writing and understanding JSX, creating React components, state management, UI/UX design, API consumption, testing with libraries like Jest or Enzyme, and performance optimization techniques. It would be advantageous to have additional skills like knowledge of Node.js, advanced design techniques, experience with cookie modal development using OneTrust, relevant certifications in AEM or React, familiarity with HTL/Sightly, understanding of Digital Asset Management (DAM), knowledge of AEM's personalization features, and the ability to develop and deploy applications using organizational best practices. In this role, you will collaborate with technology teams, Product Owners, Solutions Architects, and other IT and business groups to implement quality and stable web applications using CMS tools. You will participate in project planning sessions and work in an agile, rapid development and prototyping environment.
