Typical duties and responsibilities Responsibility Create, design, and develop Crystal Reports based on business requirements and data sources. Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements, translating them into effective and efficient report designs. Optimize report performance by troubleshooting issues, enhancing report efficiency, and improving data retrieval processes. Extract, manipulate, and manage data from various sources to ensure accurate and relevant report outputs. Document report designs, processes, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing. Maintain and update existing Crystal Reports as business needs change, ensuring reports remain accurate and relevant. Provide training and support to end-users on report usage, helping them understand and utilize the information effectively.
