You are an experienced AEM Frontend Lead with over 5 years of experience, looking to join a team in Noida. Your main responsibility will be to lead the frontend development efforts for AEM-based web projects, focusing on AEM as a Cloud Service. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable frontend solutions. Your key responsibilities will include developing and customizing AEM components using HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and AEM authoring tools. You will also integrate and manage modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular within AEM projects, ensuring responsiveness, performance, and accessibility of web pages across devices and browsers. Your role will involve active participation in Agile development processes and contribution to continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. You will be expected to maintain code quality using Git, adhering to coding standards and best practices. To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience working on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects, preferably with AEM as a Cloud Service. Strong proficiency in HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and AEM component development is crucial. Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular are required. Proficiency in version control systems like Git and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with CI/CD pipelines are also essential.
