Job Title: UAT Specialist AEM Operations Experience Required: [35 Years] Location: [Remote/Hybrid] Employment Type: [Full-time] Number of Positions : 1 About the Role We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Specialist to join our AEM Operations team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of all enhancements and new components delivered via Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will serve as the gatekeeper for pre-release functionality, validating deliverables before they go live and ensuring they meet business and user expectations. You will work closely with the development and engineering teams, acting as a key liaison to ensure timely bug resolution and effective communication across sprints. Your ability to author in AEM, capture and communicate defects effectively, and maintain organized tracking documentation will directly impact platform quality and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Perform rigorous UAT testing of new components, templates, and functionality within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) during every sprint cycle. Author and validate content pages in AEM Cloud, AEM 6.5, and (where applicable) AEM Classic to ensure functionality is working as expected. Identify, log, and track issues and defects through detailed Jira tickets , providing clear reproduction steps and supporting materials. Communicate openly with the Visa Development team , ensuring follow-ups and timely resolution of reported issues via Jira. Demonstrate defects to developers and stakeholders via live walkthroughs or screen recordings , ensuring full understanding of issues. Maintain and update Excel-based test trackers to ensure clear visibility into test status, issue history, and sprint coverage. Required Qualifications & Skills In-depth knowledge of the AEM platform , including: AEM Cloud AEM 6.5 AEM Classic (historical knowledge preferred) Experience authoring content and web pages directly within AEM. Proficiency with Jira for issue tracking, workflow monitoring, and team collaboration. Strong attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach to testing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate issues clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing tasks in a fast-paced Agile environment. Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining tracking documentation and reporting. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based development teams. Familiarity with accessibility and browser/device compatibility testing. Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
