Ability to engage, build and sustain trusted relationship both internally and externally. Proven track record of working in matrix setup of internal and external partner setup to deliver quality service management. Preferred Skills Understanding of MDM, CRM(Veeva/Salesforce), and analytics integration with AEM. Experience in digital channel optimization for HCP engagement. PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification.
