AEM Developer / Senior Developer

You have over 5 years of experience and are proficient in designing, developing, and implementing AEM components, templates, and workflows to support various digital initiatives. Your responsibilities will include customizing and extending AEM functionality through the development of custom workflows, servlets, and OSGi components. You will also integrate AEM with other systems and third-party applications using APIs and web services. Collaboration with UX/UI designers is crucial to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs within AEM. Additionally, you will work closely with content authors to provide guidance and support on AEM best practices and content management. Performing code reviews, quality assurance, and troubleshooting are part of your responsibilities to ensure the stability and performance of AEM applications. You must stay up-to-date with AEM and related technologies, trends, and best practices to provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Participation in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, is expected.
