Location: PAN India Experience:3-12 Years NP: Immediate-30 days AEM Backend: Develop complex AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and OSGi services. Write and review efficient, reusable code in Java, HTL (Sightly), JavaScript, CSS, etc. Integrate AEM with other systems and third-party apps. Troubleshoot and resolve complex AEM technical issues. Participate in all software development phases: planning, estimation, development, testing, and deployment. Lead and mentor a team of AEM developers, offering technical guidance and support Encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the team. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and knowledge transfer. Experience working in Agile methodologies AEM Front End: An experienced AEM Front End Developer to build performant, accessible, and modular components using modern frameworks (React/HTL/JavaScript), collaborating closely with backend developers, authors, and designers. AEM Backend Role Description / Responsibilities Develop and enhance simple to complex components, create new components.
