Job Title: AEM Business Analyst / QA Department: Web Platforms - Marketing Location: Bengaluru Required Experience 6+ years of experience in: Business Analysis (BA) activities Functional Testing (manual) Working with Content Management Systems (CMS), especially Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 4+ years of relevant experience in BA roles for web-based applications (preferably in marketing/eCommerce B2B or B2C platforms) Key Skills to Evaluate: Business Analyst (BA) Functional Testing AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) CMS tools (e.g., WordPress) PIM tools (e.g., Spider, STIBO) Agile / Scrum methodologies JIRA / ROD ticketing tools Roles & Responsibilities: Support business on Change Requests (CRs) , Proof of Concepts (POCs) , and incident management Conduct functional testing , create documentation and test reports Liaise with stakeholders to identify business needs and provide acceptable solutions Create detailed reports, workflows, and present findings to business teams Deliver user and process training to both business users and technical/junior staff Collaborate effectively with cross-functional, distributed teams Adapt to changing priorities and deliver under tight timelines Work independently in a SCRUM/Agile project environm Educational Qualifications: Must have completed Engineering or equivalent degree
