We are seeking an experienced

AEM Manager with expertise in AEM Assets

to develop, customize, and manage digital asset management (DAM) solutions. The candidate will work with

Sling, OSGi, HTL

, and other AEM frameworks to ensure effective

asset ingestion, metadata management, and workflow optimization

. This role involves collaboration with UX, design, marketing, and IT teams, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to best practices in AEM and DAM technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize AEM Assets components, templates, servlets, and workflows using Sling, OSGi, and HTL.
• Implement and maintain metadata schemas, asset renditions, and tagging strategies.
• Integrate AEM Assets with external systems (marketing automation, analytics, CMS).
• Design and optimize DAM workflows for asset ingestion, approval, and publishing.
• Ensure proper organization, versioning, and lifecycle management of digital assets.
• Collaborate with UX, design, marketing, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to asset delivery, performance, and integration.
• Stay updated with AEM and DAM best practices, tools, and technologies.
  

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with AEM development and testing (including JUnit).
• Experience with SonarQube issue resolution.
• Strong expertise in Sling, OSGi, HTL, and AEM Assets components.
  

Good To Have

• Experience with AEM CaaS 6.5.
• UI development skills.
