Your Role

As an AEM Sites Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance web solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital experiences that are robust, personalized, and aligned with business goals.

In This Role You Will Play a Key Role In:

Architecting and designing enterprise-level AEM Sites solutions.
Leading technical discussions and decisions across development teams.
Defining best practices for AEM component development, templates, and workflows.
Ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems including analytics, marketing automation, and commerce platforms.
Mentoring developers and conducting code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Top 5 Technical Skills:

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites
Deep expertise in AEM architecture, component development, and content management.
Java & Sling Framework
Strong proficiency in backend development using Java, Sling, and OSGi.
Front-End Technologies
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
DevOps & CI/CD
Experience with Jenkins, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) for automated deployments.
Integration & API Design
– Skilled in integrating AEM with RESTful APIs, CRM systems, and other enterprise platforms.
