Your key responsibilities will include providing individual counseling sessions to address student issues, conducting group sessions on various topics, offering crisis intervention services during emergencies, conducting assessments, maintaining confidentiality, collaborating with campus stakeholders, organizing awareness programs, and documenting counseling sessions for evaluation purposes. To excel in this role, you should hold a Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in student counseling or adolescent psychology. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, patience, non-judgmental attitude, ability to handle confidential information, and knowledge of mental health issues among adolescents and young adults are essential skills required. While certification from a recognized counseling body is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position.,
