Advisory Manager PCG
Department

PCG (Private Client Group)

Location

Chennai

Reports to

Regional/Branch Head PCG

People Management Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned revenue targets through broking and product cross-selling.
Generate interest income through lending and funding products (LAS, EMF, IPO funding).
Understand clients' financial profiles and suggest asset/portfolio allocations accordingly.
Acquire and activate new clients in the Sharekhan One segment.
Ensure seamless and effective client handling.
Address and resolve advisory and operational issues in a timely manner.
Drive brokerage revenue, asset accumulation, and client engagement metrics.

Performance Area Weightage Key Indicator Revenue Broking 25% Achieving 100% of annual sales targets Cross-Selling (MF, PMS, AIF, etc.) 25% Product-wise cross-sell targets Interest Income (LAS, EMF, IPO) 15% Interest income targets met New Client Acquisition 15% Number of new clients onboarded Risk / Compliance 10% Adherence to internal and regulatory policies NPS (Client Experience) 10% Positive feedback and satisfaction ratings Technical & Behavioural Competencies

Fluency in the local language (Tamil) is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written).
Process-oriented with a learning mindset.
Strong client-handling and problem-solving skills.
Team player with collaborative approach.
