As a Senior Manager AI Strategy & Advisory Lead at EY, you will play a crucial role in driving enterprise-level AI strategy consulting engagements for global clients. Key Responsibilities: - Lead AI strategy and advisory engagements covering areas like AI-enabled business transformation, AI/ML operating models, data readiness, infrastructure modernization, and governance. - Engage with CxOs and business/technology leaders to evaluate AI maturity, establish strategic priorities, and develop roadmaps aligned with enterprise objectives. - Supervise the development of AI opportunity portfolios, ROI assessments, and implementation blueprints. - Ensure adherence to responsible AI principles (ethics, fairness, transparency, privacy, etc.) in all solution approaches. Practice Leadership: - Contribute to shaping and enhancing EY's AI Strategy & Advisory offerings and go-to-market assets, including methodologies, accelerators, and thought leadership. - Contribute to EY's global AI Center of Excellence (CoE) with reusable frameworks, playbooks, and client value stories. - Mentor and lead a team of consultants and managers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and delivery excellence. Team Leadership & Capability Building: - Establish and lead a high-performing team of AI strategists, data advisors, and transformation consultants. - Mentor team members on strategic thinking, client engagement, and technical proficiency across data and AI domains. - Develop capability frameworks, training plans, and reusable delivery accelerators for AI strategy engagements. - Cultivate a collaborative, innovative, and purpose-driven team culture in alignment with EY values. Business Development: - Drive business development initiatives, including proposal development, client workshops, solutioning, and account growth. - Collaborate with industry and account teams to identify, qualify, and shape AI-led opportunities. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics from a recognized university. - Masters degree: M.Tech or MBA with specialization in Information Systems, Infrastructure Management, or Technology Strategy. - Relevant certifications in AI/ML and cloud technologies are advantageous. - 12-16 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy, or AI-driven digital transformation roles. - Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, business applications, and industry trends. - Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and ecosystem tools is a plus. - Proven track record in leading AI or advanced analytics strategy engagements for large enterprises. - Strong business consulting and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable AI strategies. - Experience across industries like financial services, healthcare, consumer, or manufacturing is preferred. As a Senior Manager Cloud Strategy & Advisory Lead, you will lead client engagements aimed at defining cloud-first, cloud-smart, and hybrid cloud strategies that drive digital transformation. Your role involves guiding clients through intricate decisions related to multi-cloud adoption, cloud operating models, FinOps, transitioning from legacy infrastructure (e.g., VMware), and cloud governance while prioritizing business value, security, and compliance. Collaborating closely with client executives, technology leaders, platform providers, and EY's global teams, you will deliver cloud advisory services aligned with enterprise modernization and transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading advisory engagements on cloud strategy, hybrid/multi-cloud architecture, data center modernization, and cloud governance frameworks. - Shaping client transitions from on-premise and legacy platforms to cloud-native ecosystems that cater to business and industry requirements. - Developing actionable transformation roadmaps encompassing cloud adoption, cloud exit strategies (e.g., VMware), operational models, security, compliance, and cost optimization. - Guiding clients on the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., containers, AI workloads, edge computing) into their cloud strategies. - Ensuring that cloud recommendations adhere to global and regional regulatory, privacy, and security standards. In addition to client delivery and engagement leadership, you will be involved in practice and offering development, team leadership and capability building, as well as business development across global markets. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics from a recognized university (e.g., B.E./B.Tech). - Master's degree: M.Tech or MBA with specialization in Information Systems, Infrastructure Management, or Technology Strategy. - Public cloud certifications: AWS/Azure/GCP Certified Architect. - FinOps Certified Practitioner would be an added advantage. - 12-16 years of experience in cloud and infrastructure consulting, transformation programs, or enterprise architecture roles. - Demonstrated success in leading cloud strategy, infrastructure modernization, or cloud adoption engagements. - Strong understanding of public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), hybrid cloud, containers, and edge/cloud-native patterns. - Familiarity with infrastructure cost models, FinOps frameworks, business case development, and optimization levers. - Proficiency in modern tooling in IAC (Terraform, Ansible), AIOps, CMPs, Cloud Health/Apptio, and FinOps platforms. - Experience advising on risk, security, compliance (e.g., NIST, ISO, GDPR), and resilience in cloud transformation. - Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders (CTO, CIO, COO, CISO) and translate business goals into technology strategy.
