You will be responsible for facilitating learning using Project-Based Learning & Integrated Learning strategies tailored to meet the requirements of the school board and the specific group of learners you are assigned. Your role will involve planning and implementing lesson plans to ensure consistency and adherence to expected standards. You will play a crucial part in the overall development of students by assisting them in achieving their learning targets and meeting their academic expectations. Additionally, you will be providing remediation and support through Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed. Maintaining accurate and authentic records of students" individual growth plans is a key aspect of this role. As an advisor and mentor to a designated group of students, you will create and implement advisory plans, conduct both group and one-on-one advisory sessions, and provide counseling to address the social-emotional needs of the students under your care.
