About the Job: As the Venture Insights Senior Associate at Redesign Health, you will play a vital role in the organization, developing original research to validate and refine new business ideas before funding events. The company is seeking creative, curious, and collaborative individuals who are passionate about improving healthcare. Responsibilities: - Design and execute innovative quantitative and qualitative research to support Redesign Health, portfolio companies, and external partners" objectives, utilizing AI tools where appropriate. - Manage relationships with expert networks and venture traction vendors, and monitor associated research budgets. - Work across all stages of the research cycle, from early exploration to funding decisions. - Collaborate with cross-functional partners and build strong relationships with external partners. - Develop strong synthesis at the end of each study using NLP and generative AI tools. - Source advisors to Redesign Health's network and reputable individuals to provide an advantage to prospective founders. Requirements: - 8+ years of consumer insights or market research experience with innovation or new product development focus. - Experience in designing quantitative surveys, running qualitative research projects, usability studies, and concept testing. - Strong experience in leveraging AI tools for research processes. - Proficiency in qualitative, quantitative, and user-centered research methods. - Ability to synthesize qualitative research data and communicate findings effectively. - Comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various levels. - Thrives in a fast-paced environment using agile methodologies.
