Job Description: Ads Manager We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Ads Manager who can lead the complete advertising processcovering both creative development and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will not only manage campaigns but also collaborate closely with creative and consulting teams to ensure powerful, result-driven ad campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with content writers, copywriters, designers, photographers, and video editors to develop impactful ad creatives. Supervise and guide the creative process to ensure ads are visually appealing, engaging, and aligned with business goals. Ensure timely delivery of ad assets by working closely with internal teams and external consultants. Review and refine ad copies, designs, and videos to maximize audience engagement and conversions. Act as the bridge between marketing strategy and creative execution, ensuring brand voice and objectives are met. Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads. Manage end-to-end campaign execution: setup, monitoring, performance analysis, and optimization. Track and report on key metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, CPP, and CAC. Manage campaign budgets efficiently to deliver the best possible ROI. Continuously refine ad strategies using data-driven insights and stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools. Requirements: Proven experience as an Ads Manager / Performance Marketing Specialist.] Strong understanding of both creative development (design, copy, and content needs) and performance marketing strategies. Excellent skills in cross-team coordination with creative and consulting partners. Analytical mindset with deep knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization. Confident, proactive, and able to independently manage campaigns end-to-end. Strong communication and project management skills.
