You have an exciting opportunity as a Specialist Graphic Designer (Integrated Digital + Print Production) where you will play a crucial role in translating creative ideas into impactful designs for global clients, including Fortune 50 companies. As part of our team, you will be involved in designing and implementing creative campaigns across various mediums. You will be working with Annalect Global and Omnicom Group, leading media and advertising agency holding companies globally. Our agency brands are known for their creative excellence and are recognized as some of the best in the industry. At Annalect India, we provide a wide range of services including Creative Services, Technology, Marketing Science, Market Research, Business Support Services, Media Services, Consulting & Advisory Services. We are expanding rapidly and are seeking talented professionals to join us on this exciting journey of growth and innovation. In this role, your responsibilities will include attention to detail in applying style and brand guidelines consistently across print and digital media, generating ideas and developing layouts for advertising materials, adapting layouts according to CI specifications, and ensuring quality assurance of advertising materials. To excel in this role, you should have 8-11 years of experience in digital ad agency/print production with a design qualification. You must possess strong graphic design skills, an understanding of advertising print deliverables, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and the ability to effectively manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment. This role requires you to communicate effectively, work remotely, meet deadlines, and collaborate with multidisciplinary creative teams. A flexible attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential for success in this role. The shift timings for this position are from 2 to 11 pm, and the work model is hybrid. The locations for this role are Chennai & Bangalore.
