As a Technical Project Manager in the AdTech domain, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex, cross-functional projects related to programmatic advertising, real-time bidding, and platforms like DSPs and SSPs. Your expertise in Agile project delivery will be crucial in driving successful project outcomes. You will lead end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced AdTech environment, collaborating with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Utilizing tools such as JIRA and Confluence, you will manage Agile/Scrum projects effectively, ensuring tracking, documentation, and successful execution. Monitoring project metrics, risks, and dependencies will be a key part of your role to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Facilitating Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives will help in maintaining alignment and productivity across the team of 25+ members that you will manage. Effective communication with globally distributed teams and stakeholders will be essential, as you provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and mitigation plans. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you lead large, cross-functional teams, demonstrating excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities. To succeed in this role, you should have 12-16 years of total experience with at least 5 years in Project Management roles, along with a strong domain knowledge in AdTech and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence. Possessing certifications like PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master would be advantageous, as well as prior experience in managing AdTech platforms or integrations.
