The Brand Sales Manager position at our client, a leading platform offering community management and security solutions in India, requires a dedicated individual to enhance safety and convenience for residents through innovative technology-driven solutions. As a Brand Sales Manager, you will collaborate with clients to conceptualize digital solutions, meet brand requirements, and deliver high-quality sales pitches. You will independently drive sales efforts, actively engage with brands and agencies to create new monetization opportunities, and ensure seamless execution of deals. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential clients/brands and offer advertising services. - Initiate discussions with brands through various communication channels. - Deliver convincing sales pitches to clients, showcasing the benefits of advertising with our platform. - Highlight the reach of ad properties to our 3.5 million users in 25,000 communities. - Explain available ad space features and rates, negotiating and finalizing deals per company guidelines. - Forecast, measure, and report project results with partners. - Nurture relationships with existing partners and seek new growth opportunities. - Represent our brand and act as a liaison for partners, ensuring a positive experience. - Manage and expand a revenue pipeline with advertisers and online ad networks/agencies. - Collaborate with senior management and marketing teams to align goals with partner relationships. - Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. Requirements: - 3-7 years of experience in a similar role. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong interpersonal and management abilities. - Proficient analytical and reasoning skills. - Proactive individual eager to contribute to the organization's growth. - Willingness to travel within the city, as needed.
