As the Director of Supply Services at Samsung Ads, you will play a crucial leadership role within the Ad platform Shared service team. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the Supply side of Advertising Platform Services Group, ensuring the successful delivery of global campaigns to meet the satisfaction of Samsung Ads clients and regional teams. In this role, you will actively contribute to shaping the strategic vision of Samsung Ads supply and its future integration, focusing on areas such as inventory classification, forecasting, and partner onboarding to enhance data outcomes. Collaboration with various teams across Samsung Ads, Sales, Customer Service Management, and Product Teams on a global scale will be essential as you lead the implementation of efficient processes and initiatives to enhance the platform. Additionally, you will be managing and developing relationships with 3rd party supply partners and maintaining connections within the Global market. Your key responsibilities will include defining and implementing the vision for all managed and 3rd party supply, developing performance analysis and insights through research, conducting business forecasting and planning, and recommending growth strategies to the leadership team. You will also be responsible for managing reporting systems, developing publisher optimization strategies, and generating insights for product improvements. Furthermore, you will work on driving strategic and supply operations initiatives, overseeing Supply operations, and developing market strategies for supply operation expansion. To excel in this role, you must be an experienced and dynamic leader with a technical background, extensive experience in Digital advertising, and a proven track record in global markets like the USA and EU. You should possess strong strategic leadership skills, experience in optimizing business processes, and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively. In terms of technical proficiencies, you should be well-versed in Ad Serving and Programmatic Advertising, advertising standards like RTB, SSP, and DSP. Additionally, familiarity with technologies such as Salesforce, Jira, data visualization tools, and OMS will be beneficial. Understanding of MMP SDK integration and streaming platforms like media tailor would be an added advantage. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, IT, or business administration, while an MBA or relevant graduate degree is preferred. Additionally, you should be an expert in Programmatic advertising, Creative Management, Pixel Management, advertising standards like VAST and VPAID, and proficient in executing campaigns using multiple platforms such as DoubleClick Bid Manager, AppNexus, Adelphic, Simpli.fi, The Trade Desk, and other DSPs. Experience with troubleshooting discrepancies, Viewability, Optimization, Private marketplace deals, ad fraud measurement, and knowledge of Salesforce, Jira, and Operative.One will be beneficial. Strong communication skills are necessary as you will be leading conversations with senior counterparts.
