Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for education and adventure Our client is seeking a School Sales Manager (SSM) to lead our growth in a specified region. In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in expanding our reach within schools, driving program adoption, and ensuring exceptional delivery of our unique adventure programs. Drive Sales & Growth: Exceed individual and branch school sales targets, significantly increasing client's penetration in your region. Build & Mentor a Team: Develop and guide a high-performing school sales team, empowering them to expand our presence in qualified schools. Boost Program Adoption: Increase the rate at which schools adopt and participate in client programs. Forge Strong Relationships: Conduct daily visits with school heads and owners, both independently and through shadowing team members, to build and nurture key relationships. Promote Client: Represent and promote client at school conferences, industry associations, and other professional bodies. Support On-Ground Operations: Roll up your sleeves and work as an adventure instructor, taking on assigned responsibilities to ensure the seamless delivery of our programs. This role offers exciting opportunities for travel and hands-on operational involvement. Maintain Data Integrity: Consistently update daily sales efforts in our CRM, CDIS, and other platforms. Provide Exceptional Support: Offer 24/7 support to your team and clients, ensuring their needs are met. Manage Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files. Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all existing and new company rules and regulations. What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in school sales, with a strong preference for candidates from the tour and travel industry. Education: Postgraduate degree, ideally in Marketing, Travel, or Sports Management. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Public Relations: Exceptional public relations abilities. Sales Acumen: A sales-oriented go-getter attitude with a proven track record of achieving targets. Growth & Compensation: - Fixed Salary - Attractive incentive structure after probation Key Result Areas: - Bring business from a minimum of 50 schools - Generate individual revenue of Rs. 3 crores - Increase penetration in qualified school list Must have their laptop and a 2-wheeler with a valid license.
