The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and contributing to the overall sales strategy of the hotel. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a deep understanding of the hospitality sales cycle. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred). Prior experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales (minimum 2–3 years preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Goal-oriented with excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
