A creative agency in Bangalore is currently seeking a talented individual to join their team as a "Meta Ad Specialist". With at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing high-performing Meta ad campaigns. Your role will involve creating engaging creatives, implementing effective targeting strategies, and executing campaign strategies to drive results. As a Meta Ad Specialist, you will be tasked with monitoring metrics, conducting A/B tests, and refining strategies based on data insights to ensure optimal campaign performance. You will also be responsible for efficiently allocating budgets, optimizing CPA & ROAS, and providing detailed performance reports to track the success of the campaigns. Collaboration and innovation are key aspects of this role as you will be required to work closely with cross-functional teams, stay updated on industry trends, and continuously refine ad strategies to drive business growth. An in-depth understanding of Meta Pixel, experience with catalogue ads and lead-based campaigns, and expertise in Meta Ads Manager, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization are essential requirements for this position. Additionally, familiarity with Advantage+ campaigns is preferred, and any experience with Google Ads, programmatic advertising, or other digital platforms will be considered a bonus.
