As a Packaged App Development Manager at Accenture, you will be a part of the Technology for Operations team, serving as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. Your role will involve providing innovative and secure technologies to help clients establish an intelligent operating model and achieve exceptional results. Collaborating closely with the sales, offering, and delivery teams, you will contribute to the identification and development of innovative solutions. Within the Tech for Operations (TFO) team, you will be involved in various sub-deals such as Application Hosting Operations (AHO), Infrastructure Management (ISMT), and Intelligent Automation. Your expertise in Service Portal Development will be crucial, encompassing a range of skills from basic understanding and use of Pages, Blocks, Content Types, Themes, Styles, Layouts, and Frames, to advanced proficiency in jelly script, UI Macros and Pages, and Angular JS. The ideal candidate for this role should possess expertise in areas such as Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow Advanced Workflows, and ServiceNow Tools Administration. Additionally, adaptability, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the capability to establish robust client relationships are essential qualities we are looking for. As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include identifying and evaluating complex problems within your area of responsibility. You will be expected to create solutions that require a deep analysis of variable factors, while aligning with the strategic direction set by senior management. Interactions will often involve senior management both at the client and within Accenture, where decisions may impact the approach taken. In this role, you will have the autonomy to determine methods and procedures for new assignments, with your decisions having a significant day-to-day impact on your area of responsibility.
