Job Description

As a Support Engineer at RADCOM, you will be responsible for providing technical support for RADCOM's solutions to clients, including integration, deployment, and customization of applications, as well as generating KPI reports tailored to individual customer needs. Your role will involve working in RADCOM's India offices in Delhi and collaborating closely with clients to ensure a seamless deployment process. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for RADCOM's solutions, including integration, deployment, and customization of applications - Generate KPI reports for individual customer needs - Support and deploy RADCOM's solutions in cloud-based customer environments on a case-by-case basis - Independently drive customer calls and maintain a strong customer interaction interface - Manage internal customer small projects from end to end, including communication with all stakeholders - Collaborate with management on customer updates and future planning - Perform daily maintenance, problem resolution, system patches, software upgrades, and routine system configuration - Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to the system with effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis - Travel to provide on-site support outside India, if required, for training, installation, and configuration Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience working as a support engineer, network engineer, deployment engineer, solutions engineer, or integration engineer in the telecom deployment industry - BE/B.Sc. in CS, EE, or Telecommunications with honors from an elite university - Telecom knowledge, specifically in IMS and 4G, is mandatory - Proficiency in Linux OS and SQL is mandatory; knowledge of Vertica DB and scripting is a plus - Familiarity with OpenStack and cloud-based infrastructure (OpenStack/Kubernetes) is a plus - Availability to work off business hours to address critical matters based on RADCOM's on-call support model - Willingness to work evening and night shifts as well as weekends - Fluent in English - Possession of a valid passport RADCOM is a company that specializes in providing innovative network test and service monitoring solutions for communications service providers and equipment vendors.
