To design, develop, and deploy decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain. The ETH Developer ensures secure, gas-optimized, and scalable smart contracts that support business logic across Web3 applications. Role & responsibilities Smart Contract Development Write, test, and deploy smart contracts (ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155, etc.) using Solidity 2. dApp Integration Integrate contracts with front-end via Web3.js/Ethers.js 3. Gas Optimization Minimize gas costs for high-usage functions 4. Security Testing Perform formal verification, fuzzing, and unit tests 5. Tooling & Framework Use Leverage Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, and The Graph 6.L2 & Multichain Deployment Deploy to Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, Base, etc. 7. Documentation & Collaboration Document contract architecture, ABIs, and APIs; collaborate across teams Preferred candidate profile 3+ years in Ethereum development (Solidity) Deep understanding of EVM, gas optimization, and token standards Experience in Web3 infrastructure (Infura, Alchemy, Moralis) Prior experience with DAOs, DeFi, or NFT platforms Audit experience with tools like Slither, MythX, or Certora is a plus
