We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Software Engineer with a strong background in Java and Spring Boot development As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex software solutions that meet the needs of our organization and clients Responsibilities:Software Design and Architecture:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into robust software designs Design and implement scalable, high-performance, and maintainable software architectures Java and Spring Boot Development:Develop and maintain server-side applications using Java and Spring Boot Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications Code Review and Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards Implement and advocate best practices for software development Troubleshooting and Debugging:Identify and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage Performance Optimization:Optimize application performance through code refactoring, database tuning, and other performance-enhancing measures Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions Communicate effectively within the development team and with other teams in the organization Continuous Learning:Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices Share knowledge with the team and contribute to a culture of continuous learning Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the developed software
