About the Role We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant with strong expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, and advanced inventory processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting NetSuites functional modules, including WIP & Routings, Demand Planning, WMS, Advanced Inventory, QMS, and core financials. This role requires a blend of business process knowledge and ERP solutioning skills to drive successful NetSuite implementations and enhancements. Key Responsibilities Lead requirement gathering , fit-gap analysis, and functional design for NetSuite implementations. Configure and support NetSuite Manufacturing modules including WIP & Routings, Work Orders, Bill of Materials, and Outsourced Manufacturing. Set up and optimize Demand Planning and Supply Planning (Material Requirement Planning, Master Production Scheduling). Implement and support Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Advanced Inventory features, including inventory control, replenishment, and costing. Configure and deploy Quality Management System (QMS) within NetSuite for manufacturing quality checks and compliance. Manage core NetSuite configurations: item setup, assembly item configuration, costing methods, order priority, commitment calculations, and reporting. Support customizations and workflow automation , ensuring functional alignment with business processes. Conduct user training, prepare functional documentation, and provide post-implementation support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions for SCM and manufacturing challenges. Qualifications Proven experience (5+ years) as a NetSuite Functional Consultant with manufacturing and SCM module implementations. Strong functional knowledge of: Manufacturing (WIP & Routings, Work Orders, BOM, Outsourced Manufacturing) Demand & Supply Planning Advanced Inventory Warehouse Management System (WMS) Quality Management System (QMS) Experience in NetSuite customizations, workflows, and reporting. Understanding of costing methods, supply chain processes, and production scheduling. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Finance background is an advantage. NetSuite certifications preferred. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements. Client-facing experience with the ability to lead workshops and demos. Leading projects from a solutioning perspective as well as delivery perspective Including leading team members and guiding them to the tasks at hand

As a seasoned professional with over 6 years of experience, including at least 4 years of in-depth NetSuite Implementation and Support management expertise, you will play a crucial role in our team at dotSolved. Your advanced understanding of the NetSuite platform, encompassing NetSuite configuration, Suite Flow, and Suite Builder, will be instrumental in driving our digital transformation initiatives for enterprises across various industries. In this role, your responsibilities will include being a key team member/lead in a minimum of 5 projects related to NetSuite implementation of SCM and/or Manufacturing modules. You will be expected to cover a wide range of tasks, such as enabling features, preferences, web services integration, and data migration through CSV import and export. Your demonstrated ability to engage with customer business function heads and end-users, gather requirements systematically, document these requirements, map them to standard business processes, perform gap analysis, and present findings will be critical for project success. Moreover, your expertise should extend to setting up and configuring processes like PTP, OTC, RTR, Advanced Inventory, and customizing workflows such as Lite Manufacturing, Assembly, WIP, Routing, NetSuite Advance Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, and CRM. Familiarity with MRP and MPS would be advantageous, along with hands-on experience in creating complex saved searches. You will also be responsible for preparing functional and user documentation, developing test plans and criteria for testing native and customization processes within NetSuite, and ensuring the quality delivery of services to NetSuite clients. Leadership experience in at least 3 implementation/support projects, combined with excellent academic credentials (Engineer/MBA), strong communication skills, adept presentation abilities, and interpersonal proficiencies will be highly valued in this role.
