About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Prepare and process sales documents like contracts, proposals, invoices, and quotations. 2. Maintain and update sales and customer records in CRM systems. 3. Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales representatives. 4. Handle incoming calls and emails from customers 5. Respond to client inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status.
