Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced trainers to conduct Advanced Excel Practical Training Programs for college students. The trainer should deliver interactive, hands-on sessions that focus on real-world applications of Excel for analytics, reporting, and business productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured and practical training sessions on Advanced Excel.
• Engage students through interactive exercises, case studies, and live demonstrations.
• Cover essential Excel concepts including formulas, functions, pivot tables, charts, dashboards, and automation.
• Introduce real-time use cases applicable to business and data analysis.
• Ensure students gain practical skills and confidence in using Excel effectively.
• Coordinate with the Active Edu team and college faculty for smooth session delivery.

Topics to be Covered (Indicative):

• Advanced formulas and functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, etc.)
• Data cleaning and analysis tools
• Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
• Conditional Formatting & Data Validation
• Dashboard Creation
• Basic Macros & Automation
• Excel Tips & Productivity Hacks

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching or working with Advanced Excel.
• Strong practical knowledge and hands-on expertise.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and train college students effectively.
• Laptop with the latest version of Excel installed.
