Job Title: Senior Security Controls Consultant Oracle HCM (Advanced Controls Functional) Location: Remote Experience: 5-10 Years Employment Type: Contract Work timings :: US EST Hours Job Summary: Seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Advanced Controls Consultant to join our Security & Compliance team. You will be responsible for implementing and managing security controls in Oracle HCM, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Configure and implement Oracle HCM Advanced Controls Define and manage user roles, access controls, and security policies Conduct risk assessments, audits, and ensure Compliance (SOX, GDPR, etc.) Collaborate with business/IT teams for control optimization Document processes and support testing & training Requirements: 5+ years in Oracle ERP/HCM Security; 3+ years with Oracle HCM Advanced Controls Strong knowledge of RBAC, SoD, compliance frameworks Excellent communication and documentation skills Oracle certifications and GRC experience a plus Share resume at : Mampi Mampi@akaasa.com/ Vishal@akaasa.com (7349454036)
