In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care in specialist ADRS settings, including ADRS Inpatient Units and the Enhanced Drug Treatment Service. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Lead Pharmacist, engaging with various stakeholders, and contributing to the delivery of recovery-oriented care. As an experienced pharmacist, you must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously and make critical clinical decisions.
