Summary:The AEP-AJO Specialist will design and implement solutions and deployments across the Adobe Experience Platform, specifically AJO. Work closely with marketing, product and IT teams to design new solutions using AEP, AJO and other components of the Adobe Experience Cloud / Marketing Cloud. Be able to understand, customize and optimize the journeys and campaigns configuration process, to include new requirements, development / test, production execution, and quality control.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Design and develop end-to-end customer journeys using AJO in real-time and batch modes- Collaborate with data architects to ensure proper schema alignment (XDM), profile enrichment, and identity resolution- Define journey entry conditions based on events, segment qualification, and external data sources - Journey & Campaign Configuration- Configure AJO journeys using decision splits, wait activities, conditions, and cross-channel orchestration.- Set up and manage contextual events, scheduled journeys, and recurring campaigns.- Develop personalization logic using Adobe Offer Decisioning and rules-based targeting- Leverage Journey Testing and Monitoring capabilities for quality assurance and optimization- Integrations & Activation:Integrate AJO with Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), Adobe Offer Decisioning, and CJA- Work with external APIs, webhook endpoints, and data actions for real-time triggers and external system integrations- Support integrations with Adobe Campaign, AEM Assets, and third-party ESPs/SMS providers- Data & Identity Management:Define XDM schemas and profile structures required for journey targeting- Ensure proper configuration of identity namespaces and stitching rules to enable holistic customer views.- Work with platform teams to ensure correct ingestion of event and profile data (via APIs, SDKs, connectors).- Design & Develop - Queries, aggregations, Segments, Audience activations, BRDs for customer journey orchestrations.Professional & Technical Skills:
- Experience on Adobe RTCDP - AEP, AJO- Marketing Automation, Transformation projects- Data Integrations/Engineering, Experience with APIs (REST, Open APIs)- Data Architecture, analysis, ingestions, modeling and mapping- Scripting experience on Python or Java Scripting or Node.JS- Experience on any CDP Platform - AEP, ActionIQ , Lytics, Segment, Tealium, C360- Demonstrate understanding of Data Ingestion, Developer Console- Complex SQL or NoSQL experience- Expertise on various kinds of Data Handling - JSON, Parquet etc- Client facing experience
Additional Information:- The candidate should have7-8 Yrs experience with 3+ AEP, AJO in Adobe Journey Optimizer.- Minimum of two yrs end-to-end implementation of AEP, AJO- Technical Integration experience with other solutions within the Adobe Experience Cloud / Adobe Marketing Cloud such as CDP, Target, Analytics, etc.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required Qualification
