You will be responsible for preparing end-to-end documentation processes for the allocated share of Transfer Pricing (TP) reports/country responsibilities. This includes gathering and analyzing data related to intercompany transactions, conducting functional interviews, and understanding complex flows involved in these transactions. You will need to have prior experience with financial transactions/services TP, along with knowledge of benchmarking analysis. In this role, you will be required to manage routine calls with business stakeholders to seek clarifications and information, as well as timely and effective escalation management for any business queries that may arise. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing statutory TP disclosures forms when needed. As part of your responsibilities, you will lead process enhancement initiatives such as TP data centralization, automation, and maintenance, working closely with internal and external teams to streamline these enhancement initiatives. You will also assist in the development and maintenance of complex TP models and may lead the development or adoption of TP documentation software. To be successful in this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience in direct/international taxation or tax TP, with financial services TP experience preferred. Knowledge of tax transfer pricing and benchmarking skills are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, advanced knowledge in MS Word and Excel, technology or software development/programming skills, and a deadline-oriented mindset are required. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills will also be beneficial for this position.
