We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair equipment while providing technical support to clients. Role & responsibilities : Install, service, and repair company products (printers/scanners). Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues. Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and queries. Ensure compliance with company service standards and safety guidelines. Preferred candidate profile : Willingness to travel for on-site service calls. Two wheeler and a Valid driving license (mandatory). Basic knowledge of networking and software installation (added advantage).
