As an Onboarding Specialist at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our newest customers have a positive initial experience with Salesforce. Your proactive engagement before and during implementation will focus on achieving rapid "time to value" while laying a strong foundation for future growth. Collaborating with internal partners and customers, you will guide initial onboarding conversations, meet short and long-term objectives, and set customers on the path to continued success through personalized Learning Journeys. Your expertise as a subject-matter specialist for MuleSoft will be instrumental in accelerating the initial value for new customers. By delivering virtual expert engagements, you will educate and empower customers to derive business value from the Salesforce Customer 360 Suite of Products. Your consulting skills will help uncover initial business use cases, navigate setup and administration of MuleSoft instances, and co-create guides aligned with customer needs. Building positive relationships with internal and external partners, you will contribute to broader goals and growth while actively leveraging and contributing to the overall knowledge base. Proficiency in English, a relevant 3rd-level degree, and 2 to 3 years of work experience in helping customers achieve full business potential through technology are essential requirements. Your ability to work independently, manage time effectively, prioritize activities, and deliver success in customer-facing engagements will be critical. Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Admin, Adv Admin, and/or Consultant Certifications, hands-on experience with API-led integration products like MuleSoft, and deep technical knowledge of Salesforce products and platforms.
