More About Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Growth – Identify and connect with businesses in Australia that require offshore staffing support. Lead Generation – Develop pipelines through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and email campaigns. Client Relationship Management – Act as the primary point of contact for Australian clients; understand requirements, ensure satisfaction, and build long-term partnerships. Operations Oversight – Supervise and monitor remote staff working in our India office to ensure quality, productivity, and adherence to client expectations. Team Coordination – Collaborate with internal teams to match client needs with the right talent and ensure smooth delivery. Reporting & CRM Management – Track leads, maintain client records, and present progress reports to management. Requirements: 3–7 years of experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition , preferably in BPO, Remote Staffing, or Outsourcing services . Strong track record of generating leads and securing international clients (Australia/UK preferred). Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written). Proven ability to manage client relationships and oversee team performance. Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
