Minimum qualifications for this role include holding a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of practical experience, along with at least 12 years of relevant experience in areas such as advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media. Additionally, experience in people management is required. Preferred qualifications involve having a background in managing and developing sales teams to achieve results collaboratively, possessing leadership experience in sales/operations management, strategic planning, and systems thinking, and being able to align strategies to deliver positive outcomes for customers. Furthermore, experience in managing media plans and activations, AI-driven products and solutions, and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, Ads Datahub, or similar products are preferred. In this role, you will be part of Google's dynamic advertising solutions team, working with businesses of all sizes to help them thrive in the evolving marketing landscape. Your responsibilities will include leveraging your sales expertise, online media knowledge, and customer-centric approach to drive success both for Google and its clients. You will be expected to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide innovative solutions to help them achieve their goals. The Marketing Partners Team within LCS focuses on collaborating with media, creative, tech, content, and capability teams to support marketing partners and enhance Google's growth within a vibrant ecosystem. By working closely with cutting-edge agencies and partners, you will play a crucial role in helping customers realize the potential of Google's products and technologies to drive their businesses forward. As a member of Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams, you will be a strategic partner to leading brands and agencies, challenging traditional business perspectives and driving exceptional business performance through Google's advertising solutions. Your responsibilities will involve promoting the adoption of Google products across different spheres, fostering relationships with partners, and transforming customers through AI, Martech, and media solutions in collaboration with agency and partner ecosystems.
