Role & responsibilities : Brand: Integrate core brand values across all company operations and communications. Ideate and execute CSR initiatives aligned with brand goals. Handle end-to-end CSR activities. Attend and represent the brand at exhibitions (especially within Pune). Events: Research and identify relevant industry events. Extract key details (organizers, dates, opportunities). Maintain and update event data in Google Sheets/CRM. Media & Collaborations: Initiate calls to explore collaborations with event leads and media platforms. Approach potential partners for advertisements and editorial features. Handle ad negotiation and barter discussions. Use LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential collaborators (ads, articles, CSR barters).
