Scope of Work Take course outlines and identify and map the audio scripts of videos in each lesson for correctness and completion. Chunk audio scripts effectively so as to keep only 1 thought in on slide. Present the chunked audio in an engaging, compelling manner on each slide. Visualize the audio frame by frame on the templatised PPTs provided. Design or coordinate infographics, visuals, and multimedia to enhance learning. Visualize blended content delivery (video, infographic, interaction) for maximum engagement. Ensure on-time review, feedback incorporation, and delivery of storyboards. Maintain consistency in visual style, tone, pacing, and instructional quality. Key Skills Required: Language comprehension, expression and communication Content Visualization Attention to detail Diligence, proactiveness, effective time management Adaptability to dynamic updates from the client Process Flow: Attend a 2 hour training for the project. Create first VSB in a workshop mode on a virtual call. Create Visual storyboards in Google Slides/MS PowerPoint from audio scripts provided by the client using templatized PPT slides, following a strict checklist. Desired Output: 2-3 VSBs per day. Unacceptable errors: Missing a delivery timeline without prior information Not communicating about the completion of the deliverable to the reviewer Not fixing review feedback Grammar/spelling issues Compensation: Month 1: Fixed payout of INR 200 per VSB. Subject to good quality and timely output, Second and Third month will give fixed payout + variable payout per VSB beyond 2 VSBs per day. Month 2 and 3: Fixed payout= INR 10000 Variable per VSB beyond 2 VSBs per day = INR 200 Min commitment required: 3 months. 6 Working Days a Week. Sunday Off.
