Position Title: Business Development Manager – Destination Weddings Location: Work From Home Type: Full-Time / Contract Company: Adrock Digital About Us Adrock Digital is a performance marketing agency specializing in the luxury destination wedding industry under our flagship brand Palace Dekho. We connect high-intent clients with premium wedding venues and work closely with both sides to ensure seamless planning and successful bookings. Role Overview: We are looking for driven individuals who can manage high-quality leads, handle client consultations, coordinate visits with partner venues, and help convert inquiries into successful bookings—all from the comfort of home. Key Responsibilities: Call and consult potential destination wedding clients from curated lead lists. Understand the client’s requirements, preferences, and budget. Match clients with ideal venues from our partner network. Schedule and coordinate venue visits with both clients and venues. Follow up consistently with clients to help drive booking conversions. Maintain updated records of lead status on Google Sheets or internal tools. Work in sync with venue teams to align on visit timing, details, and closing status. Ensure clear documentation of lead ownership and booking confirmation for commissions. Requirements: Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi. Excellent follow-up discipline and a proactive selling approach. Confident over calls with a consultative and sales-driven tone. Prior experience in inside sales, client servicing, or hospitality is a plus. Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and basic CRM systems.
