As a Manager in Risk Management at Sterlite Power Transmission Limited, located in Gurugram, India, your primary role is to oversee the Treasury RMD department. To excel in this position, you should ideally hold a Commerce Graduate degree from a reputable university, with a preference for CA Inter/MBA/PGDBM qualifications. A deep understanding of RBI & FEMA regulations related to Base metal & forex hedging, along with experience in managing order books within a large organization, is crucial. The ideal candidate should possess 5 years of relevant experience. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing Commodity & Forex exposure risks, managing hedging activities in collaboration with the marketing and SCM teams, and ensuring compliance with hedging policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing costing inputs to the Sales/Bidding team for various inquiries and orders, monitoring IM & VM limits, and filing monthly AD-RBI Returns for commodities. You will also be involved in preparing monthly MIS data for treasury review, which includes analyzing the order book, rollover costs, and MTM. In terms of competencies, both behavioral and functional skills are essential for success in this role.
