Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 37 years of hands-on experience as Oracle Applications/EBS Administrator. Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 (12.1.x / 12.2.x) architecture (apps tier, db tier, WebLogic, OHS). Experience with patching, cloning, and upgrades in multi-node environments. Familiarity with AD utilities (adadmin, adpatch, adop) and EBS cloning tools (Rapid Clone). Strong knowledge of Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c) , SQL, and Linux/Unix. Experience with WebLogic, Apache/OHS, and Forms/Reports services administration. Knowledge of concurrent managers, workflow, and personalization frameworks . Strong troubleshooting skills with EBS application, performance, and system logs. Experience with backup and recovery procedures (RMAN, datapump, hot/cold backups) . Familiarity with OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager) for monitoring and alerts. Good understanding of security, user access, and compliance in Oracle EBS. Integration skills are added advantage. Strong communication and documentation skills.
