Your role will involve maintaining the quality of work, troubleshooting campaign tracking issues, and identifying training needs for the team to ensure smooth operations. Communication with internal and onshore partners will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Guide the team in setting up and executing digital media campaigns using ad servers - Maintain quality standards for the work delivered by the team - Monitor day-to-day operations, identify process gaps, and resolve issues with supervisor guidance - Troubleshoot campaign tracking issues and provide proactive solutions - Assess training needs for the team and ensure smooth transitions for all projects - Communicate technical information effectively with internal and onshore partners **Qualifications:** - Full-time graduate degree is mandatory - 5 to 7 years of experience in managing digital media campaigns - Knowledge of ad serving technology tools and campaign management workflows - Minimum 1 year of experience with CM 360 ad server - Familiarity with third-party tag specifications and ad verification tools like IAS and DoubleVerify - Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and recognized as a subject matter expert Join us at Annalect India and be part of our growth journey.
