About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Design and develop sleek, hardcore user experiences for the in-house member app 2. Create high-impact client journey PPTs for progress tracking 3. Build visual posts and story templates true to the Cartel's spirit for social media content 4. Develop educational decks on fitness, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle topics 5. Redesign landing pages with high-conversion layouts for website design 6. Work closely with the marketing team to translate ideas into creative strategies 7. Launch rapid feedback loops and iterations to perfect UI and UX through user testing 8. Maintain consistency in colors, typography, and layouts across all platforms through design systems 9. Help design internal dashboards and backend systems for internal projects 10.
