MASS HIRING FOR TOP MNC !!! Payroll Org- Teamlease Digital Key Responsibilities: Web Development: Design and develop clean, well-structured HTML code to build responsive web pages. Create and implement CSS stylesheets to ensure consistent design and layout across platforms. Use JavaScript and jQuery to enhance web pages with interactive features and dynamic content. Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure websites are compatible across multiple browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and responsive on different devices (desktops, tablets, and mobile). Collaboration with Design Teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups into functional web pages. Implement design guidelines and ensure the final product matches the design vision. Code Optimization and Maintenance: Maintain and update existing websites and web applications, ensuring that they function optimally. Optimize website performance by ensuring fast load times and troubleshooting any coding or technical issues. Version Control: Work with version control systems like Git to manage and track changes in web development projects. Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and tests to ensure that the code meets all quality standards, is error-free, and adheres to coding best practices. Continuously improve code quality and web performance. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure that websites are modern, accessible, and optimized. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Minimum 1yr -3yr Proven experience in web development with hands-on experience in HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript . Experience with responsive design and developing mobile-first websites is a plus. Experience using front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation, or similar is beneficial. Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla) or web frameworks like React or Angular is a plus. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS . Solid knowledge of JavaScript and familiarity with front-end libraries or frameworks like React , Vue.js , or jQuery . Knowledge of web development tools (e.g., Visual Studio Code, Sublime Text, etc.). Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration. Desirable Skills: Understanding of SEO best practices to optimize websites for search engines. Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services into web applications. Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices. Experience with Node.js , PHP , or other back-end technologies is an advantage. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members.
