The Technical Writer collaborates closely with Strategic Business Segments and departments in the company, such as R&D, Sales, Operations, Service, Training, Adaptation, Portfolio and Business Development, Hardware Service, Customer Project Management and much more. Roles & Responsibilities / Tasks Create and maintain of product documentation for our APIs, SDKs, integration guides, and software platforms supporting cash management systems, and other existing products according to the EC machinery directive in an XML-based documentation system Manage and execute documentation projects, including localization of documentation and corresponding GUI Contribute to internal documentation for support teams and knowledge base articles for customer success.
