LD Design, Instructional Designer Capital Markets Group What this job involves : Key Responsibilities: Needs Analysis and Project management: Lead on establishing a clear simple needs intake and consultation process and design timelines for creation of each type of resource (eLearning, video, podcast, . . ) Intake business requests, initiate and lead collaborative sessions with business, identifying learning needs Project manage and create a visual milestone journey to achieve the creation on a regular standardized timeline. Work with stakeholders on alignment and necessary approvals. Proactively present proposed solutions and timelines to (1) the LD partner and (2) clients for approval and seek alignment on scalable digital design initiatives Implement agile project management methodologies and partner with the Capital Markets Group Program Lead to efficiently manage multiple projects, consistently meeting or exceeding deadlines and quality standards Instructional Design Take ownership of developing clear, concise learning objectives, storyboard and visually striking learning materials, including job aids, guides, reference documents. Partner with Subject Matter Experts, scripting the words and visuals that our employees need to make the content come to life Leverage the JLL Brand standards to infuse our EVP and other JLL standards Use of instructional design frameworks (ie: ADDIE methodology) in all training solutions, ensuring learning objectives are met Leverage various authoring tools and learning technologies (Articulate, Synthesia, Canva, Pendo, PowerPoint, Word) to design content. Proactively ensure all learning content aligns with JLLs brand guidelines and accessibility standard Create fantastic learning content that employees and managers love - using scientifically sound learning design principles that only experts in learning know how to do (such as videos, eLearning, simulations, animations, and podcasts, continually exploring new ways to enhance learning experiences) Enhance content like PowerPoint presentations to life in innovative ways that apply adult learning principles and partner with those on the team to find innovative ways to do so Ensure learning content has ways to check for their understanding thru measures and mechanisms in your learning content (e. g. , designing quizzes, gamification, etc) Spearhead quality assurance and user testing initiatives, going beyond satisfying business needs to exceeding expectations and setting new benchmarks for excellence Deliver projects on time Initiate and lead instructional design reviews, providing actionable, constructive feedback to elevate team performance (both the LD team and client performance) Suggests best practices and works directly with LD partners and business stakeholders to review feedback and improve quality of products along the way Actively research and introduce industry trends and best practices in learning and development, with a focus on emerging digital learning methodologies and AI applications OneJLL Collaboration Foster strong relationships with the LMS and support teams, driving collaborative efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of learning content Required Experience and Skills: Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design and eLearning development Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory Proven ability to analyze and synthesize complex information and transform it into engaging learning materials Proficiency in digital learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Synthesia, Pendo. . or similar Experience using new AI technologies in LD Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal Essential Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Creativity and innovation in approach to learning design Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, evolving environment Collaborative mindset with excellent teamwork skills Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality and engaging deliverables Industry Knowledge: Experience in or knowledge of the commercial real estate industry or professional services sector (Capital Markets and Value and Risk Advisory) is advantageous but not required. A willingness to learn about our industry and adapt learning solutions to our specific business context is essential. Work Environment and Travel: This position comes with the possibility of remote work options. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings, conferences, or client site visits (up to 5% of the time).
