Position Overview: As an Associate Designer, the candidate will work closely with the Senior Designers and Design Director to conceptualize and develop women's fashion collections. His/Her responsibilities will span across research, sketching, garment construction, fabric selection, and the execution of design concepts. If he/she also has experience in menswear or graphic design, we encourage him/her to bring his/her unique perspective to the table and enhance the versatility of his/her collections. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the design team to develop seasonal collections, including mood boards, sketches, and design concepts. Assist in the creation and development of technical specifications, including measurements, materials, and trims for new garments. Work with fabric swatches, prototypes, and samples to evaluate design quality and execution. Stay on top of fashion trends and consumer preferences, conducting regular market research to inform design direction.
